Fee Regulations
Fee payment rules :-
It is mandatory to get the information about the admission and tuition fees and compulsory fees prescribed by the Management Committee from the office on the prescribed date i.e. at the time of admission and compulsory fees of the students and monthly payment of tuition fees.
Note - After depositing the fee, the receipt of the deposit fee must be obtained, without the receipt the claim will be invalid.
Fee Payment deadline:-
01:- At the time of admission in the school, it is mandatory to deposit the full amount of admission fee and compulsory fee and vehicle fee.
02:- It is mandatory for the students to deposit the tuition fee monthly. For non-payment of monthly fee, the school will have to pay the prescribed fine.
General Class :-
01:- Admission fee and other fees - at the time of admission
02:- Bus service fee - at the time of admission (20%)
03:- Tuition Fee - Monthly (by 7th of every month)
04:- Examination Fee - Before each examination
05: - All remaining fees - till 7 January
Poor class :-
Poor and poor students are not required to deposit the fee for the students admitted under the Right to Education Act 2009. Free education will be provided to these students by the school.
Fee deposit in installment :-
01:- Depositing in three installments:-
First installment - 34% of the total fee is mandatory to be deposited at the time of admission.
Second installment - It is mandatory to deposit 33% of the total fee by 7 October.
Third installment - It is mandatory to deposit all the remaining fees by January 7.
02:- Depositing in two installments:-
First Installment – 60% of the total fee is mandatory to be deposited at the time of admission.
Second installment - It is mandatory to deposit all the remaining fees by January 7.
Note - It is mandatory for the parents/students to whom the installment facility has been recommended/approved by the principal, their fee should be deposited as per the above mentioned date. If the payment is not done according to the date, the prescribed penalty will have to be deposited by the parents.
