School Bus Facility :-

The school bus facility has been provided by the management committee for the young children coming from far away, the benefit of which parents can avail the school bus by depositing a partial grant (determined by the management committee). This facility is for children from LKG to class V, but if the space becomes vacant then this facility can be given to older children also. LKG is the first to have the right to sit on the seat for the children of classes I to V.

Note :-  

1. The school administration makes every effort to ensure that the vehicle facility is available to the students regularly and on time.
2. Vehicle facility The school administration will not be responsible for the accidental leave or delay due to technical fault in the vehicle, in which case the parents will have to cooperate and take their child home from the designated place.
3. Vehicle fee may be increased if the price of diesel increases.
4. Vehicle facility will be provided for the entire 09 months from April and July to March.
5. Parents who want vehicle facility for less than 09 months will have to submit an application in writing to the operator/principal. Vehicle facility will be provided for a period of less than 09 months only after obtaining permission
6. I have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of school fee.
7. I have made satisfactory arrangements for remittance of school fee within the due dates without waiting for reminder from the school.
8. I will pay the school fee through cash /crossed cheques / Drafts / Online in favour of GSC School as per rules.
9. Withdrawal of student after remittance of full fee in the school account would be at the sole discretion of the parents/Guardian.
10. I fully understand that the fee will not be refunded.
11. We understand that it would be our responsibility to drop and pick-up our child at / from the specified bus-stop.
12. We accept that the bus facility is extended to our ward at our own risk and responsibility.
13. We understand that our ward will be allowed to seat in the bus only if seat is available on the rout.
14.  We have read and do here by consent to the term and conditions regarding transportation.
