School Admission Process:-

Admission date:-

The admission will be given on the dates fixed by the Chhattisgarh Government School Education Department and the Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education.

It is mandatory for the students/girls/parents desirous of admission in the school to appear for the interview before the admission committee.

Students will be able to get admission on the basis of merit, merit and interview of the students by the admission committee and after getting the approval of the principal.
Class KG Children from class 1 to 8 will be given direct admission without interview.
Once the admission is approved, it will be mandatory for the students to deposit the admission fee within 24 hours.
Under Right to Education Act 2009 - 25 percent sheet is reserved for free admission/teaching to poor class and poor students.

Admission Eligibility:-

School Education Department According to the rules of the government, any student who wants admission in the school will get the original T.C. And photocopy of mark sheet of previous classes and LKG to 1st  the application has to be submitted along with the birth certificate.

Admission Rules:-

The student who wants to get admission in the school has to apply by filling the prescribed admission form. Application form and school prospectus can be obtained from the office. Admission application form can also be downloaded from the school website www.gscschool.in.

It is mandatory to attach the following certificates with the application form.
01:- Original copy of transfer certificate / birth certificate for class 1st
02:- Attested photocopy (3-3 copies) of mark sheets of last three classes
       (Enclose 1 copy and submit 2 copies separately.)
03:- Attested photocopy of character certificate.
04:- Original copy of Migration Certificate (for students outside the C.G. Board)
05:- Original copy of the acceptance certificate (for students outside the C.G. Board)
06:- Passport size color photograph (3 copy)
07:- Original copy of gap certificate and 2 attested photocopies.
08:- Original copy of affidavit for change of name/surname.

special :-

01:- It is mandatory to show the original copy of all the above certificates in the office at the time of admission.
02: - Students themselves will be responsible for future problems due to non-attachment of all the above certificates.
03:- If the students caught copying in the board examination will not be given admission if the students declared ineligible for admission by the board.
04:- Admission received on the basis of incomplete, false and misleading information, admission will be canceled as soon as the information is received, whose entire responsibility will be on the applicant and in such a situation the amount deposited by him will not be refunded.
05: - Permanent or current address / mobile no. as shown by the student in the application form. If there is any change, it will be necessary to inform the Principal immediately.
CG in school The admission guidelines issued by the Government School Education Department are followed.

Identity Card :-

01:- Identity card is mandatory for the students of the school. Always keep it with you. You can be kicked out without an identity card.
02:- If the identity card is lost, the prescribed fee in the office is Rs.50. The identity card can be retrieved by submitting it.
